This college represents all believers of the respective churches and believes that the Bible, containing 66 books, is the Holy Scripture written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God; and therefore, it is truly the Word of God. We also believe that the Bible is entirely authoritative for the purpose of giving instruction to all people so that they may become true believers and be transformed to worthy life in leading to salvation according to the will of the eternal God.
We believe that the Lord and the Lord alone, is our God (Deut 6:4); that God made heaven and earth, the sea, all that is in them (Acts 14: 15); that the Lord who answers the prayers of His people with mercy and gives liberation from all fears (Ps 34:4); and we believe that He forgives the sins of the people in order to give life to whoever comes to Him in the name of Jesus Christ (Heb 7:28).
We believe that Jesus Christ is with God, he is the same as God (John 1:1; 14:20, 28; I Timothy 3:16); that Jesus Christ, being the son of a virgin Mary, was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Isa 1: 14); Matt 1:23); that he died for our sins as written in the scripture and was buried and raised to life ( I Cor 15:3-7; Acts 1: 10); that he sat down at the right hand side of God (Hebrews 1:3); that salvation is to be found through him alone (Acts 4:12); and that he pleads with God on our behalf (Hebrews 7:25; I Jn 2:1).
We believe that Holy Spirit comes to the World to judge the sinners (John 16: 8); that the Holy Spirit comes to reveal the truth about God (Jn 16: 13); and the Holy Spirit is with us (Jn 14: 16); that the Holy Spirit makes people holy and purifies them by the blood of Jesus (1 Peter 1: 2; II Thes 2:13).
We believe that the Church symbolizes the believers in every place who are called and sanctified by God in the name of Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 1:2); that it is the body of Christ (Eph. 4:4-5; Acts. 2:44-45); that the Church represents the fellowship of the believers sharing in the fellowship meals and the prayers (Acts 2:42); that the Church is to preach the Gospel to the end of the World ( Matt. 28:19-20; Mk 16:15-16; Acts. 13: 31); that human development and the welfare of human beings are done as a result of the gospel of Jesus Christ (Matt. 14:13; 25 :34-46; Lk. 4:18-19; Acts 11: 29-30).
We believe that God created human beings in his image (Gen. 1:17); but because of their disobedience to God they fell into sinful life (Gen. 3:6-7); that they are in need of salvation through Jesus Christ as reported in the Gospel of John For God so loved the World that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16, NIV) In contrast to this statement is, Whoever does not believe will be condemned (Mark. 16:16).
We believe that every local church has its own autonomy and right to govern the religious affairs under the lordship of Christ. It is also our general view that the Church should be free from the impact of any political or other religious influences: internal as well as external interference should be avoided or defended if necessary for the sake of maintaining our religious liberty. We have set the aim and purpose for the church as being different from that of politics; thus, the church should keep itself from being entangled and exist independent to complete God's mission faithfully and justly.
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ who will bring judgment and restore his lordship over the world with glory (Matt. 24:27,30; Acts 1:11, Rev. 20:1-6); that both the good and the bad will rise from the death (Acts. 24:15); and to those who refused to do the will of God will be sent off to eternal punishment, but the righteous will go to eternal life ( Matt. 25: 46; Mark 16:15, 16; Rev. 20; 11-15).
We believe the statement of the priesthood of all believers by which every believer is entitled to access directly to God through believing in Jesus Christ. This statement of faith has ensured all believers an opportunity to be involved in the service of the church, the body of Christ.
