KTCS is a member school of the Association for Theological Education in Myanmar (ATEM) since 1985 when it first formed its association at Methodist Theological College in Mandalay. It again affiliated to the Baptist Association for Theological Education in Myanmar (BATEM).
The Association of Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA) has accredited the KTCS for the L.Th (AC 91051) and the B.Th (AC 91051) degrees in 1991 and M.Div (ACY 027) in 2000.
