Doctor of Ministry (D.Min)
The Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) program is designed for Christian ministers
who actively involved in local churches and organizations to gain advanced
training in theological education for ministry and missions, applicable
strategies, and practical implications. The goal of this program is to
enhance the students’ understanding of the ministry, advance their capacity
for research, skills in leadership and integrative knowledge in the
practice of the varied ministries such as preaching, teaching, pastoral
care, administration, mission, and other forms of ministries and improve
their personal growth in the conduct of their profession.
Students with recognized Master of Divinity (M.Div) degree or their
educational equivalencies, which will be determined by the institution,
shall be admitted in the program. At least (5) years of ministerial
experiences after completion of M. Div are required for admission.

Third Year
(b). Programme Requirements for D. Min Degree
- All student must attend the program orientation class in the first day of the first semester.
- All students must attend at least two seminars during their school years.
- Total 48 credits of coursework is required.
- Duration is minimum of three (3) years and a maximum of five (5) years.
- Research proposal should submit in the second semester of the second year.
- Each paper should not be less than (80-100) pages.
- All the above research papers should be written with academic abilities and performances.
Note:
- Colloquium will be conducted by KTCS Academic Affair or Academic Dean.
- Each student must present his/her research proposal (introduction Chapter) in the colloquium proved by Supervisor.
